We are thrilled to share some incredibly exciting news with all of you! It is with immense pride and excitement that we announce the appointment of Bryan Novia as the new South Brunswick Parts Manager at Campbell Supply, effective July 1, 2024.
Bryan’s journey with Campbell Supply is a true testament to our company’s values of growth, dedication, and opportunity. His story began long before our establishment became a Freightliner Commercial Truck dealer. Back in 1997, Bryan, at the young age of 18, walked through our doors at the encouragement of his father, seeking employment. Little did he know that this would mark the beginning of an extraordinary adventure with us.
Starting as a porter in our service department, Bryan demonstrated an unmatched work ethic and a relentless commitment to excellence. He ensured that our facilities were always impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues alike. In 1998, Bryan transitioned to the Parts Department, where his passion for serving customers and his drive for success truly began to shine.
Over the years, Bryan took on various roles within our company, each one building upon the last and propelling him forward on his journey. From parts delivery driver to front counter sales, Bryan embraced every opportunity for growth and learning with enthusiasm and determination. In 2003, he made history by becoming Campbell Supply’s first Freightliner wholesale parts sales and phone room employee, a role in which he excelled for a decade.
In 2013, when our company underwent a relocation to South Brunswick, Bryan once again rose to the occasion, taking on the role of Phone Room Supervisor. Here, he led and inspired his team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results. In 2020, Bryan accepted the challenge of Assistant Parts Manager, where he played a pivotal role in driving positive change and fostering a culture of collaboration and success within our department.
Now, as Bryan steps into the role of South Brunswick Parts Manager, we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds. His wealth of experience, his unwavering dedication, and his passion for our company’s mission make him the perfect fit for this important leadership position. We have no doubt that Bryan will continue to inspire and lead by example, driving us towards even greater heights of success.
Outside of work, Bryan is a devoted family man, residing in Monmouth County with his wife, Christine, and their three children. He is also known for his love of sports, particularly as a diehard Boston fan—a trait that we wholeheartedly embrace, even if it did almost disqualify him from consideration for this position!
