A New Chapter for “322” 🚒

For 32 years, “322” faithfully served the Old Bridge community, responding to fire calls and saving lives. Originally purchased in 1992 by the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District #3, this dedicated fire engine was a local hero—until it made way for the brand-new 2025 Spartan engine, delivered by Campbell Supply in 2024.

From Old Bridge to a New Mission
In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene’s devastation across North Carolina and Tennessee, the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District #3 saw an opportunity to give back in a meaningful way. Rather than retiring “322,” they made the heartfelt decision to donate it to a firehouse in need.
To prepare “322” for its new home, Scott Campbell and the Campbell Supply team stepped in, performing much-needed TLC and repairs to ensure it was ready for service once again. After careful preparation, the fire engine was set to embark on its next mission.

A New Home in Tennessee
On January 31st, members of the Clinch Valley Volunteer Fire Department from Eidson, Tennessee, made the journey to South Brunswick, NJ, to pick up their new lifesaving apparatus. With the same dedication and reliability that made “322” a legend in Old Bridge, it is now set to protect and serve the Clinch Valley community.

Honoring Generosity and Community Spirit
👏 Congratulations, Clinch Valley Volunteers! Your dedication to keeping your community safe is inspiring, and we are honored to be part of your journey.
A huge thank you to the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District #3 and the Campbell Supply team for their generosity and professionalism. By coming together, we ensure that “322” continues to make a difference—where it’s needed most.
